WR Townsend Contracting, Inc. is engaged in the contracting business primarily in the areas of Total Commercial and Residential Demolition, earth moving, underground utilities, road construction and landfills.
We want to be your Demolition Contractor for your Residential or Commercial Project. We are fully capable of the Complete Demolition of your Project, the hauling off of the structure remains to a Demolition Debris Landfill, and the hauling away of any concrete to a Concrete Crushing Facility.
We also will reuse the crushed concrete to make a crushed aggregate roadbase thereby allowing us to be your Primary Contractor to build your new road. We can handle any size project, Large or Small!

To complete our commercial services we also offer construction clean up as needed. In the commercial market we offer the same services and through long standing relationships with our subcontractors we offer underground utilities, curb and gutter, asphalt paving, car stops and striping. Other services in our scope of work include complete and partial demolition, lake excavation, fill dirt and all forms of drainage installation (large and small). Our operators while being hired experienced are still trained "in house" to meet the highest standards and expectations. All operators are issued lazer levels to insure proper pad, subgrade and drainage elevations.
All estimates are free of charge. Company policy requires that all prospective job sites are visited prior to any estimate being issued. We are also happy to meet you at your site, free of charge, to offer suggestions and ways to solve any problems you may have relative to our scope of work.
